Conditions of Sale for All Orders

These Terms of Purchase govern the contractual relationship between you, the customer, and us regarding the sale of products. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. We recommend reading these terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Formation of Contract

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to shipment for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspicion of fraud. If we cancel your order, we will provide a full refund of any amounts paid.

All prices listed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD). We strive to ensure that all pricing information is accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use that method and that you authorize us to charge the total amount of your order. Your payment will be processed at the time of order placement.

3. Product Descriptions and Availability

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on our website are error-free, complete, or current. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. If a product is unavailable after you have placed your order, we will contact you to offer a substitute or cancel the order.

4. Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for the products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. This means that once the carrier accepts the package, we are no longer responsible for loss, damage, or delay. We provide tracking and shipping support, but the risk is transferred to you at the point of shipment.

5. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

6. Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms of Purchase to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fires, floods, accidents, strikes, or changes in transportation or delivery capacity.

8. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Purchase, together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the purchase of products. This agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and us.
